What Breaks my Body?



1. Static load 
Did you know nearly half of all injuries are actually because of a build up of load on your body over time and not through an incident or accident.

 

2. Crappy exercises 
A lot of the exercises we get from magazines, apps, and even PT sessions can be the cause of damage and injury to our bodies.

 

3. The ergonomic factor 
We’re often in the same position day in and day out - making sure you’re in the right one is a key component to staying injury free.

 

4. Knowing your niggles 
If you’ve got an ache or a pain - don’t ignore it, get it fixed. Left untreated it is the little niggles that can become the major injuries down the track.


5. Sitting 
We sit an enormous amount, and the FACT is that it is doing our bodies a great deal of harm. Get up and move every 20 minutes.


6. A core issue 
Core stability is a key element to a healthy back and a healthy body.


7. Poor range = poor joints 
Your posture and your joints can be severely affected by your decreasing range of motion and flexibility.
