How does the Health Ci check in monitor my health

More often than not as humans we work on the basis that “if it isn’t broken, then don’t try and fix it”. The problem with that philosophy when it comes to our physical and mental health and wellbeing, is  we often wait until there are symptoms present, before we seek help. Yet, the more we can do to the prevent the issues ever getting to the point where we are already broken, the easier they are to manage and the less negative impact it will have upon our lives.

Regardless of the nature and practices of the industry you work in, we all have mental health needs that need to find a balance of good health and general wellness whilst on and off the job.

As a population there are growing concerns about levels of depression, work-place conflict and general levels of future uncertainty, anxiety and suicidal ideation.

Often we are increasingly aware in a reduction of our mental health status over time however there is a tendency, particularly with males, to mask or to deny personal problems they may be having. The Health Ci is designed to provide a mechanism whereby early indicators in a reduction of health and general wellness can be identified. Well designed self-reporting instruments have been proven to be a valid and reliable tool. The Health Ci series has been specifically researched and designed to track the key areas which matter most.

The check in has been designed to be easily accessible, only requires a basic level of self-understanding and a degree of honesty.
Individual confidentiality is a key priority of the program so that you can be honest and accurate in your responses get the most out of the program. Follow up services may be offered to you when your results show increased risks, but this is still maintained within the privacy and confidentiality of the program.

At the end of your check in survey, you will be provided with immediate feedback, analysis and supporting tools and resources. You can then track all of your previous data through the app and identify any key trends or periods where scores were higher than others.

The check in does adhere to sound principles of psychological assessment and by its administration should not provoke an unduly stressful response. The purpose is of the instrument is to provide personal information that can help you identify and manage issues you may be facing. Although there will be a range of communication and support provided, it is important to understand that it is still up to you to seek any assistance you may that has been identified as a result of the questions and responses.
