Exercise planner overview



There’s nothing more unmotivating than starting an exercise program, only to find yourself injured or sore within a week.

 

Knowing the right exercise for where you’re at right now is crucial, then scaling this up according to your health and fitness levels. Knowing the right technique to make sure you are effectively working the muscle groups you are aiming for and not doing anything that is going to cause you short term or long term harm.

 

Our exercise planner is full of great programs specifically developed by our HBP Group team of physiologists to make sure you get the right program everytime.

 

Our animated exercise gurus provide clear visual demonstration of how to perform the exercise correctly, with a step by step description below.

 

 

You can enter workout mode to be guided through the work out, including reps and rest.

 

When you select a program from the Find a program menu, it will save to your My programs list. Accessing the program from the My programs list allows you to adjust the default reps and rests, add audio to your workout, or change the order of the exercises.

 

The Exercise schedule is a dedicated calendar to lock away what program you want to and when. You can set reminders for yourself to make sure you don’t miss it.

 

 

The Exercise history provides you with a visual overview of what areas of your body you’ve been targeting and a reminder of which sessions you’ve done.

 

Make sure you select programs that are suitable to your current level of physical activity and if you are unsure, make sure you get professional advice.
