Warm up for work overview



Regardless of what you’re day to day role requirements involve, there is always a place for getting your body ready for action. Naturally this will look slightly different depending on your role or job type, so it’s important that your warm up reflects the load you’re job will place on your body.

We’ve automatically filtered your warm up for work program so that it is right for you. This is based on work that we’ve done to identify the key physical demands of your role, and have put together a program that will enable you to properly prepare your self for the day ahead, and go home fit and well.

It really isn’t much of an imposition to simply do a few basic warm ups each day, but having an injury certainly is.

 

Completing the warm up

At the end of the warm up program, simply click “I’m ready safe” to mark off your completion of the program. If you are feeling any pain or restriction whilst doing the warm up, or for any other reason, then let us know by choosing the appropriate response, with an indication of your current pain levels. 

This information is just for us, so that we can help you manage any little niggles before they become an injury.
