Who do you want to be?



There are a lot of things in this life that we can’t control, there’s no getting around that, but hopefully throughout the course of the Healthy Foundations program, you have learned a lot about the things you can control. Every new second of the day can be a fresh start if that’s what you need it to be. 

Don’t make the mistake of waiting for the wheels to come off before you make these changes.  It’s certainly never too late, but when it comes to mental health, like most things, proactive maintenance is always easier than repair!  If we make the changes, make the choices, and develop and maintain great habits, our mental health almost takes care of itself.
