Finding your motivation
Don’t wait for the magical lightning bolt of motivation. It wont come – trust me! The fact that 80% of the worlds gym memberships are not used proves it (& gyms rely on it)
The truth is the greatest motivation is action.
Even when you don’t feel like, especially when you don’t feel like it – Just do something.
Tell yourself you’re only going to walk for 5mins – you’ll nearly always do more! Say you are just going to go and watch the dance class today – it’s still a step in the right direction and you’ll probably join in! Just do 1 set of weights today _ but it’s better than doing no sets at all.
Any step, no matter how small, is moving you forward. Always remember that.
Ask a friend to join you and provide that extra bit of motivation.
