Exercise Partner



It can make a huge difference if that is something that works for you!

It provides Accountability / motivation / as well as social connection.

But exercising with someone is not essential infact many people find exercise a fantastic way to achieve much needed Me time and not having to socialize or communicate with anyone.

As I said before – make your plans specific for you! If you think committing to exercise with a work colleague will help – lock it in. If you prefer to just go it alone and find your zen, do that. It’s all about setting up what works for you.
