Finding time to move



  1. Make a plan – The old adage Fail to plan / Plan to Fail! (It’s an oldie but a goodie!)

What time of the day will work best, how often is realistic, who / if anyone will I do it with, what activity is going to work best for me. Don’t do Zumba if you’re not into dancing and latin music!

  1. Start small – even a small step is moving in the right direction – 10mins 2 x week is better than 0mins 0 x week.
  2. Be kind to yourself – if you don’t execute the plan perfectly – don’t give up. Just keep going
  3. Ask for help - get someone else involved. That way when you don’t feel like it they might.
  4. Grab any opportunity – if you wait for things to be perfect, it will never happen.
