Connecting with life's positives



Let go of all or nothing thinking. There will always be a natural ebb and flow – sometimes things will work really well, other times it will be a real struggle.

But keep mainintaining as many healthy habits as you can even when life is crazy. Cant do your normal 1 hour gym session, do a 15min body weight circuit. Cant get to family dinner – facetime instead. Not eating as well as you’d like, commit to improving your snacking between meals.

Small and sustainable is the key and celebrating the wins. We are Hard wired to be negative to survive. Know this and seek out the things that are going well to balance our natural danger avoidance tendaencies.

Practice gratitude – remember what’s good. It may feel difficult at first, but with practice we can identify good things in the bleakest of days.
