So we know that screens, caffeine and alcohol can all impact our sleep. Take some time today to think about these factors and how they may be affecting your sleep. You can revisit the information I have provided to refresh your mind on each of these.

 

Which one do you think is having the greatest impact on your sleep right now? Can you begin to address this one by taking a small step? Maybe a few alcohol-free nights a week? Turning those screens off 15 minutes earlier? Or having that last caffeine hit by 2pm?

 

Pick one that feels right and manageable for you right now. Spend the next week focusing on this one.
