Hello – how did you sleep last night? Did you take a warm shower before bed? And if so, did it help?

 

Today I would like to you to reflect on how you are going with our weekly focus of reducing your caffeine intake – both quantity and timing. Is it coming easy to you? Or are there some barriers that just keep cropping up and getting in the way. Take some time to really have a think about how it is working for you, and if you do have an obstacle in your way how can you overcome it? What do you need to do remove it or navigate a way around it?

 

What one small step can you take today to reduce your caffeine intake? What do you need to do, action or who do you need to communicate with?
