Is there an alternative to milk?



Simple answer is yes. If you are not enjoying normal milk (generally cows milk) then there are definitely some alternatives. Check out almond milk or rice milk. I personally use rice milk as it is a bit less expensive and still gives me what i need. They both should have plenty of calcium (but make sure you check if you are relying on milk for calcium) and are easier on the stomach. If it is just that it is playing up with your stomach try goats milk. Another milk that i use is coconut milk (Although rarely has calcium added).
