One serve of vegetables is best described as something similar to the size of your closed fist. So hopefully that gives you a bit of an idea what 5 needs to look like. Naturally a piece of fruit like an apple or a banana is considered one serve. if you were going for grapes, then a fist sized bunch would be about right.
